Sivaiah, the founder and Managing Partner of Sivaiah & Co., is a Chartered Accountant with a professional journey spanning over 30 years - marked by deep client trust, multidisciplinary expertise, and unwavering commitment to professional excellence. A Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), he laid the foundation of the firm in 1993 with the vision of creating a practice that combines technical strength with practical business insight.

Throughout his career, he has led assignments for a wide array of clients - from large Indian enterprises and mid-market leaders to multinational corporations and international clients - helping them navigate complex regulatory environments, optimize financial structures, and align with global best practices.

As the firm’s Managing Partner, he continues to oversee the entire practice, guiding audit, advisory, and consulting engagements with strategic foresight and a client-first approach. Under his leadership, Sivaiah & Co. has evolved into a respected name in the profession, known for its integrity, quality, and strong industry relationships.

CA A.Ch.S. Chakradhara Rao

A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, brings with him a rich and diverse professional background with over 29 years in the Banking industry and an additional 5 years in sectors such as Mutual Funds, Education, and Energy.

During his illustrious banking career, he held senior positions across well-known institutions like Vysya Bank, Lord Krishna Bank, Global Trust Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, and Lakshmi Vilas Bank(Now DBS) - retiring as Assistant Vice President.

He has hands-on experience across all major banking functions including:

He has led large teams and complex operations - managing branch networks with business volumes exceeding Rs 2,000 Cr, overseeing 100+ branches as Regional Credit Executive, and functioning as Regional Risk Officer, Audit Executive, and Collection Head.

Post-retirement, Mr. Chakradhara Rao joined Sivaiah & Co. as a Partner in October 2020, where he continues to contribute his extensive banking and financial expertise to the firm’s growing client base. At Sivaiah & Co., he plays a pivotal role in overseeing and executing a wide range of specialized services.

In addition to audit and assurance services, he also mentors internal teams on banking systems, credit evaluation, fraud risk management, and customer-centric compliance - ensuring that the firm continues to deliver value-added services with depth and precision.

His presence has further enhanced the firm’s capabilities in serving clients in the financial services sector, NBFCs, corporates seeking debt financing, and entities undergoing credit assessments or regulatory reviews.
